Strategic Business Partnerships

This module will help you understand how to build strategic business partnerships that support your child care business goals. Throughout the course, you’ll explore how to clarify your business needs, identify high-value community and employer connections, and evaluate when partnerships make sense. You’ll also learn how to approach and strengthen partnerships in ways that are realistic, mutually beneficial, and aligned with your capacity for long-term success.
