Leadership and Strategic Decision-Making

This module will help you understand how to lead your child care business more intentionally and make strategic decisions when time and capacity are limited. Throughout the course, you’ll explore ways to move out of constant reaction mode by planning ahead, building simple systems, and using everyday business information to guide decisions. You’ll also learn practical leadership approaches that support stability, consistency, and long-term sustainability.
