Step 1: Register

Fill out the intake form below. This will introduce us to you and your business. You'll need your TECPDS Workforce Registry account number and your license number (or operation ID). After registration, you'll receive an email to finish setting up your account.

Step 2: Complete the Business Health Assessment

Once your new account is set up, you'll be assigned the Business Health Assessment Module. The assessment will ask you a range of "yes" or "no" questions to help us determine which resources are best suited to you and your business!

Step 3: Get Your Personalized Learning Plan

Upon completion of the Business Health Assessment, you'll receive a custom learning plan, filled with one-on-one coaching, group training, and module recommendations based on your needs. You'll also be assigned your very own business coach!

Step 4: Meet Your Business Coach and Start Learning

After being assigned to your coach, set up your first meeting! Your coach will review your learning plan with you, answer any questions you may have, help you set goals and make plans, and will be your very own cheerleader! Now, you're ready to learn!
